Made from premium 40Cr alloy steel through integral forging and tempered heat treatment, it has a tensile strength of ≥800MPa and a hardness of HRC35-40, capable of stably supporting the entire vehicle weight (compatible with CG125 approximately 96kg curb weight) without easily deforming or breaking. The shaft is precision ground by CNC, with a cylindricity error of ≤0.02mm and a surface roughness Ra of ≤0.8μm, ensuring minimal clearance with the bracket, preventing jamming and abnormal noise, and making the main stand easy to deploy and retract. The surface undergoes zinc plating and passivation dual anti-rust treatment, passing salt spray testing for ≥72 hours, effectively resisting rain and mud corrosion, and allowing long-term outdoor parking without rusting.
