CG125 フリクションプレート 4 枚組の鋼プレートセット CG125 湿式フリクション規格に従って鋳造され,内径 91mm / 外径 119mm / 厚さ 1.5mm内側スプラインは,クラッチハブと完全にマッシュしている.高品質の低炭素冷物鉄鋼で作られ,表面は耐腐蝕性で処理され,硬さはHV200-250に達し,変形に耐える耐磨性クラッチの圧力の頻繁に衝撃に耐えられる. 表面は防滑質で圧縮され,クラッチの木製プレートにぴったりと合致し,遊びなく電力を供給します.古い鋼板の変形や黒くなったために発生するギアシフトの揺れと電力の滑り方; 表面は黒化と消化による二重処理を受け,塩噴霧耐性 ≥48時間,高温で油っぽいエンジン環境に適しており,耐腐蝕性のある長期使用CG125クラッチの木製板 (5片セット) と組み合わせて標準の"4枚の鋼板5枚の木製板"を構成する単一の仕様を合わせずに直接組み立てられる.鋼板の平らさの誤差 ≤0.02mm,動作中のクラッチの大きな歯とハブに最小限の磨き,クラッチシステムの全寿命を間接的に延長する
