CG125 Motorcycle Complete Electrical Main Wiring Harness Assembly Detailed Description As the "electrical hub" of the CG125 series motorcycles, this complete electrical main wiring harness assembly is designed specifically for domestic/imported 125cc straddle motorcycles such as Honda CG125, Zhujiang CG125, Zongshen CG125, Loncin CG125, and Lifan CG125. It perfectly fits both AC ignition (AC-CDI) and DC ignition (DC-CDI) systems, serving as a core component to address issues like aging wiring, short circuits, disconnections, and poor contact, restoring stable electrical performance and a smooth riding experience. The harness is designed with a 1:1 mould based on the original vehicle specification, with identical wire colours, connector types, routing, and clip positions, requiring no cutting, modification, or additional drilling. After removing the old harness, it can be directly installed, with connectors plugging in smoothly and locking securely. Both professional technicians and skilled motorcycle owners can quickly complete the installation, significantly saving installation time and labour costs. The core wires use high-purity oxygen-free copper multi-strand material, offering better conductivity and lower resistance compared to ordinary copper-clad aluminium or pure aluminium cores. This reduces voltage drop and heat generation, providing stable power to high-power devices such as the starter motor, headlights, and ignition system, preventing issues like weak starts, dim lights, and unstable ignition. Wire specifications strictly match the original vehicle requirements: main power lines (starting and charging circuits) use 1.5–2.5mm² thick cores with high current capacity and vibration resistance, while signal lines (ignition trigger, instrument display, switch control) use 0.5–0.8mm² thin cores for precise signal transmission, ensuring sensitive response from electrical components.
