CG125 motorcycle gear shift shaft, moulded 1:1 according to the original CG125 gear shift shaft, available in four-speed and five-speed specifications, with shaft diameter and spline pitch perfectly matching the gearbox shift fork and housing, directly replacing old parts without modification, suitable for tappet-style transmission structures; made of 40Cr alloy forged steel, with gear teeth high-frequency quenched to HRC48-52, impact-resistant and wear-resistant, able to withstand frequent torque shocks during shifting, preventing shaft deformation and gear tooth breakage; precision machined on CNC lathe, surface roughness ≤Ra0.8μm, with clearance controlled within 0.02mm, fork slides smoothly without sticking during shifting, fast gear response, resolving issues of difficult gear engagement and gear slipping; surface treated with black electrophoretic coating, salt spray resistance ≥72 hours, resistant to rust and corrosion even in high temperature, oily and humid engine conditions, extending service life; each gear shift shaft undergoes triple quality inspection including hardness testing, dimensional accuracy check, and rotation flexibility test, only 100% qualified items are released, ensuring stable shifting after installation
