Product Description
CG125 motorcycle gearbox sub-shaft, shaft diameter, gear tooth shape and CG125 gearbox main shaft, shift mechanism completely match, suitable for Honda CG125, Zhujiang 125 and other 125cc jacking rod locomotive type, directly replace the original sub-shaft, no need to adjust the gear logic; The shaft body is forged with chromium-molybdenum alloy steel. The tooth surface of the gear is carburized and quenched, and the hardness is above HRC58. It is not easy to wear and crack teeth in long-term shifting. The gear tooth shape and shaft journal are grinded by numerical control, and the meshing gap is controlled at 0.02-0.05mm. The running resistance is small, and the power transmission efficiency of the gearbox is improved. Fully fit with the hole position of the gearbox shell, only need to adjust the shift stroke after installation, can restore the original gear feel.
