CG125 motorcycle gearbox spindle, shaft diameter, number of gear teeth (15T/22T/20T/18T/11T/19T) and CG125 gearbox auxiliary shaft, shift mechanism completely match, suitable for Honda CG125, Pearl River 125 and other 125cc top rod locomotive type, directly replace the original spindle, no need to adjust the gearbox gear; It integrates the transmission gear of all gears and engages with the secondary shaft gear accurately to ensure smooth shift and stable power transmission and avoid stall of gears. The shaft body is forged with chromium-molybdenum alloy steel. The gear tooth surface is carburized and quenched, which has high hardness and abrasion resistance. It is not easy to crack teeth and deformation of shaft body in long-term shifting. The gear tooth shape and shaft journal are grinded by numerical control, with small meshing clearance and low running resistance, which improves the transmission efficiency of the gearbox and reduces power loss. The total length of the shaft is 184mm, which is completely fitted to the hole position of the gearbox housing. After installation, it can directly adapt to the original shifting logic without additional adjustment gear.![]()
